Chicken Vegetable Soup

3-4 uncooked chicken breast (halves), chunked into bite-sized pieces
2 T Better Than Bouillon Reduced Sodium Chicken Base
1 small can tomato paste
2 or 3 handfuls of shredded cabbage
1 small zucchini, sliced & quartered
5 or 6 large mushrooms, sliced
1 medium sweet onion, diced small
2 stalks celery, sliced
2 carrots, scrubbed and diced
4 or 5 small yellow or gold potatoes, quartered
1/2 to 3/4 box of veggie broth
2 tsp thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Everything goes into the crockpot; cook on high 6 hours, then low for a couple more.
