I like Subway. But I like Jimmy John's better.
We had the opportunity to try this gourmet sandwich shop while visiting the lovely Old Mill District in Bend, Oregon. For $5, I got the most wonderful vegetarian sub; avocado spread, cukes, sprouts, onions, mayo and lots provolone cheese on yummy, on-sight baked bread (I could have gotten tomato as well, but why?). My meal was served lightning fast by very friendly staff - how pleasant!
The store was very clean and engaging. I would imagine that they have a pretty hoppin' business and that the customers are in and out of there fast because they serve the food so quickly.
