Talkin' Tea

If you entertain at all, I'm sure you have your own personal stash of tea for guests. I certainly do!

Jeddy likes the tea box, too.

Don't you love those fancy, decorated boxes you can find in every size and shape in your favorite craft store? Me too, and I grabbed one of them to put together my tea box.

This tea box has every type of tea you could ever want, from classic to zen - regular tea on one side and herbal tea on the other.  I also included fancy gourmet cocoa, instant Starbuck's coffee, as well as some instant Turkish coffee from Israel. If you are feeling a little under the weather, there is some Traditional Medicinals tea (Cold Care, PMS & Throat Coat), along with some Emergen-C, to help out. Sugar cubes and creamer round out the box - it has everything you could possibly want.

I love my tea box and I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting tea to add. The only thing to remember is that the tea bags have to be individually wrapped so they can be stored outside the original packaging.

A great companion to the tea box is an electric teapot - an absolute must! Heats up in minutes and stays hot for quite a while. I also like to set out some of my favorite mugs and a few spoons on a pretty tray nearby so everything is easy for serving tea at a moment's notice.
