Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

Don't we need to try a very cool recipe for homemade Bailey's Irish Cream from the Cupcake Project blog?   And, wouldn't it be so perfect to it try on Shavuot (Pentacost), since that's the holiday that features dairy delights?  Yeah,  I thought so.

Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1-2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 tsp instant coffee
2 T Hershey's chocolate syrup (or Torani)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract (optional)

Combine all ingredients into a blender and give it a whiz for about 30 seconds.  Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.  Shake before using.

This recipe will keep for about 2 months.
