Beef Country Soup


A satisfying soup for after the beach walk.

Beef Country Soup

1- 1-1/2 lbs beef stew meat
3 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
4 cups veggie broth
1 cup dry white wine
1 bay leaf
2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed a bit
salt & pepper to taste

Everything into the crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours, then to low 1-2 hours more.
